USE OF ACOUSTIC BOARD
INNOturf acoustic boards are used to improve acoustics in a purely natural and elegant way. All INNOturf acoustic solutions are based on the use of top quality Konto surface peat boards. INNOturf is an excellent solution in all public/private spaces where high quality acoustics and speech clarity are wanted to be reached with low mounting height. INNOturf acoustic boards are ecological, as well as mold and moisture-resistant. They also possess good thermal insulation ability. INNOturf boards can be tinted with all colors available in color charts. Logos, photos and various patterns can be printed on the board. INNOturf boards can even be cut to any requested shape. Better acoustics can be turned into ecological art.
HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL RISKS
INNOturf acoustic boards don’t present health or environmental risks on account of their chemical, physical, toxicological and eco toxicological properties. The board material provided by Konto is M1-classified and has been tested for harmful VOC emission for internal air by Työterveyslaitos in Finland (VOC Emission Measurement TTL/156957/2011). See more

INNOturf acoustic designs are based on the use of Konto acoustic sheets. Those sheets are manufactured of surface peat/peat moss fibre and of polyester. Peat moss can be found freely in the nature. Peat moss used in Konto’s boards is classified with levels 1 to 3 depending on the degree of decomposition. As such, it’s perfectly safe raw material. Polyester is not classified by the regulation regarding classification and labelling of dangerous preparations and substances (see 67/548/ EEC Directive). Acoustic boards comprise 80% of surface peat and 20% of polyester. Acoustic boards are painted with M1-classified paint.
INSTALLATION
INNOturf positions the boards smartly. They are light and easy to be fastened into new or existing surface. Boards can be installed with suspended ceiling system or by gluing them directly to a straight, dry and clean surface. Regular construction glues are suitable. Screws can also be used. The best sound absorption can be reached by suspended ceiling designs. INNOturf acoustic boards are designed to match with LEDinno lightning panels. Together, they promote wellbeing in ecological, cost effective and visually smart way.
CARE
INNOturf acoustic designs can be cleaned by vacuuming tenderly with vacuum cleaner’s soft brush part. Any powerful handling/rubbing shoud be avoided due to the porous structure of the board.
